INVITATION

Invitation is a text to invite people to go to place or do something. The purpose is to invite someone or more to come to an event.

Here are some expressions of Invitation on the table :

1.  FORMAL INVITATION
      Formal invitation is usually originate from institutes,companies and a kind of it. Usually, formal invitation is written invitatin in form . (office invitation, etc)
The example of formal invitation :

  • Written masthead and  numbers letters.
  • Official language.
  • Using a stamp.
  • Plain paper, usually white. 





2. INFORMAL INVITATION
    Informal invitation is an invitation that given by personal,to our friends,family,etc. (birthday invitation,wedding invitation,etc)
Example :

  • No letterhead or letter head.
  • Diversity casual language.
  • No stamp.
  • Colored paper free and may be pictorial.

3. APPOINTMENT

* APPOINTMENT
Appointment is an agreement that made by ​​someone formally or informally to meet a person or be at a place at a certain time. Appointment is something said or written that use to tell about agreement for meeting. It is good to make an appointment before you meet people.

How to make an appointment, for example:
 Can I see you at 11 a.m.?
 What if we go camping this afternoon?
 Would tomorrow be possible?

I’d like you to help me to decorate my new bedroom.Would tomorrow be possible?

How to accepting an appointment, for example:
 Great, it’s a perf
ect time
 All right. See you there
That will be fine :)
 Okay,we'll meet on 11 a.m

How to declining an appointment, for example:
 I’m sorry, I have another appointment
 Sorry, I don’t think so
 I really want to, but I can’t

 I'm sorry, I can't do it :(

How to changing an appointment, for example:
 I’m sorry I can’t meet you today. I’m very busy. Can we meet another day?
 Could we change the schedule of the meeting?
 What about….. (Wednesday at 03.00 p.m.)

Reno:”Riana, let’s continue doing our paper this evening in my house. Can you make it?”
Riana:”Sorry, I have another appointment this evening. What about tomorrow, at about 7 p.m.?”
